Who is responsible

Athletes Unrivaled Sports Management OPC is the personal information controller for information collected through this website and our inquiry forms. Authorized members of our admissions, academy operations and leadership teams may access records only when needed for their work. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• inquiry and application details submitted through Google Forms or Messenger, including contact details, athlete information, experience and documents you choose to provide;
• a parent or guardian's details when an inquiry concerns a young athlete;
• an email address and a record of consent when you subscribe to AU updates; and
• limited technical and website-usage information if you choose to allow analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate program fit, operate the academy, manage partnerships and recruitment, send updates requested by subscribers, protect the website, and meet legal or regulatory duties. We use information only for the purpose explained when it is collected or another compatible and lawful purpose.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers that process information for us, including Google for forms, response records and opt-in Google Analytics measurement; Meta for Elite Program conversations through Messenger; Cloudflare for website delivery, security, subscriber storage and privacy-focused website performance measurement; and—once configured—an email delivery provider for subscription messages. Their systems may process information outside the Philippines. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and unsuccessful application records are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, a legal requirement, or a legal claim. Records for enrolled athletes, personnel and partners are retained for the relationship and any period required by law. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; we may keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Young athletes

For minors, a parent or legal guardian should complete the inquiry and provide only information reasonably needed for the academy to respond or evaluate the athlete. Parents and guardians may ask us to review, correct or delete a child's information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Email [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential storage for privacy and interface choices. Optional Google Analytics measurement will remain off unless you select “Accept Analytics.” If accepted, Google Analytics may measure pages viewed, general device and browser information, broad location, referral sources, and website interactions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or inquiry-form answers to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy Choices button below.
